Zudy Disposable Mail does not tolerate abuse and there is a policy to deter abuse.
As a deterrent to abuse, the IP Address of the user is included with each email sent.
The IP Address is the best way to identify the user. You can get the IP address by looking at the headers of the original email that you have received. (X-Origin-IP will show the IP address of the sender).
You can then contact the owner of the IP Address to see if they will be able to identify the user.
It is a ISP such as Comcast / verizon, etc, then they probably can since they would store all the information associated with the IP address.
Additionally, please make sure to submit an abuse report by following a link at the bottom of the email, and ensure that you block all future email.
